Client terms, in plain English
The short version of what you agree to when you sign up. The full terms are part of your client agreement.
The retainer
Four fixed monthly tiers, set by the size of your business. Three-month minimum term, then rolling monthly. Notice given before your next billing date takes effect at the end of that paid month.
What you get
A website built for you or taken over and kept current, regular social posts, short videos, image posts, blog posts and, from Tier 2, customer update emails, all within your tier's monthly allowance. A real person checks everything before it is published.
Your website and domain
Your domain is always registered in your name and paid by you directly to the registrar. We only ever have access to the web settings, and we never touch your email records. If you leave, your website and its code are sent to you automatically with a guide to keeping it live. Your site stays online for 30 days after your last paid month so you have time to move it.
Social accounts
Accounts you already have stay yours and nothing changes. Any accounts we create for you are set up with your own email and phone number. If you leave, posting stops at the end of your last paid month and we remove our access.
How the work is made
We use modern production tools, including automated tools, to make content at a small-business price, guided by our own editing and judgement. We do not make realistic footage of real people, and we do not publish claims you have not confirmed. You own the content we make for you once it is paid for.
Leaving
Your dashboard stays open after you leave, and you can reactivate at any time.
